ETG was engaged by BUILT in March 2021 for Commissioning management services on the Murdoch Radiation Oncology Centre (MROC) project. As Commissioning Manager, ETG oversaw integrated delivery and commissioning of all building services.

MROC, situated at the St John of God Hospital campus, is Western Australia's first integrated oncology facility, offering advanced radiation therapy and imaging capabilities, including PET-CT.

ETG streamlined construction and commissioning processes by integrating build and services teams, conducting workshops with the client's project management and IT teams to optimize network operations.

They managed overall commissioning, ICT validation, integration, training, and service handover, developing integrated test scripts for fire, ICT, and Blackstart tests. ETG provided regular updates at client meetings and ensured transparency in commissioning activities.

ETG engaged stakeholders to enhance project delivery, coordinating work among multiple vendors, subcontractors, and clients to improve productivity and reduce defects. Their involvement aimed for the best end deliverable to the client.
