ETG was engaged by Multiplex in September 2015 for services on the Optus Stadium project. As Lead Services Coordinators, they played a crucial role in managing the final design and coordination of building services.

Integrated into Multiplex's construction team, ETG provided detailed review and management of design and coordination works. They facilitated information flow between trades and Multiplex, resolving coordination issues and streamlining construction processes.

ETG chaired coordination meetings, aiding Multiplex in driving issue resolutions. Despite the project's scale and pace, stakeholders collaborated to minimize delays and reworks. Onsite servers ensured real-time information availability, with modeling teams collocated.

ETG engaged with stakeholders to enhance project delivery, coordinating work among multiple vendors, subcontractors, and clients to improve productivity and reduce defects. Their involvement aimed for the best end deliverable to the client.
