ETG was contracted by ADCO Construction in Q1 2020 for services on the Parmelia Hilton, Perth project, located at 14 Mill Street. Practical completion (PC) was achieved in November 2020.

As Commissioning Manager, ETG oversaw integrated delivery and commissioning of all building services for the refurbished hotel. This included renovating existing rooms and function facilities, constructing a new reception area, and integrating old building systems with new ones.

ETG streamlined construction processes by integrating build and service teams, conducting weekly meetings with the client's project management team. They reviewed subcontractors' Commissioning Plans, developed a detailed Commissioning Plan, methodology, and program for ADCO Construction's site team.

ETG managed regular services and commissioning meetings, updating the Commissioning completion Matrix and Issue register. They led overall commissioning, ICT validation, integration, training, and service handover, developing integrated test scripts for fire and ICT packages. They also handled the Tuning Period through DLP.

Despite challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, ETG worked closely with ADCO Construction and stakeholders to ensure timely project completion. They aimed to engage stakeholders for improved project delivery, coordinating work among multiple vendors, subcontractors, and clients to enhance productivity and reduce defects.

ETG continued engagement with tenants during fit-outs to facilitate smooth integration into the building, ensuring the best end deliverable to the client.
