Westralia Square 2

Engineering Technologies Group (ETG) has expanded and enhanced its PCA Grade Development portfolio following a recent appointment by Built on behalf of GDI Properties to assist in delivering the Westralia Square 2 Project.

As the appointed Independent Commissioning Agent overseeing the commissioning of the building services throughout the project, ETG is excited to be part of the team and to bring depth and expertise in commissioning to the wider project stakeholders. The development is a 5-star NABERS & 5-star Greenstar project.

We look forward to a successful commissioning phase on the project following the development and implementation of our proven commissioning processes, which include developing and managing the Integrated Systems Testing (IST), with verification and validation, ensuring a smooth transition to a fully operational facility.
